Abstrakti

Employing immigrant workforce has become an important strategy for organizations
in Europe and all over the world. However, ethnic background can affect how smooth
or challenging an entry to the labour market can be. Prejudice and racism barriers are
complex and emotionally hard because they are beyond the individual’s control.
